Keystone's Feedback App This free and easy web-based tool from Keystone Accountability is a simple way of getting anonymous feedback from your partners on what they really think about your work. The application starts by asking you to choose from a standard list of questions, such as "How strongly would you recommend [your organization] to a colleague or friend?" Strategic Communications Toolkit An archived initiative of the Benton Foundation, "Strategic Communications for Nonprofits" produced a toolkit for planning and implementing a strategic communications plan.
