Keystone's Feedback App This free and easy web-based tool from Keystone Accountability is a simple way of getting anonymous feedback from your partners on what they really think about your work. The application starts by asking you to choose from a standard list of questions, such as "How strongly would you recommend [your organization] to a colleague or friend?" Library of Sample Dashboard Indicators For anyone creating a logic model, it can be confusing to distinguish the difference betwene an outcome, and an outcome indicator. An outcome is a short-, medium-, or long-term goal that the logic model creator wants to achieve. An outcome indicator is the quantitative measure of whether or not that outcome is reached.
