Scott Scrivner, Director Emeritus
 

 

Scott Scrivner was a senior officer at The Pew Charitable Trusts, a public charity that applies a rigorous, analytical approach to improve public policy, inform the public and stimulate civic life.  In his work as part of Pew’s planning and evaluation department, Mr. Scrivner designed and managed evaluations of Pew’s advocacy initiatives and uses a wide range of planning approaches to strengthen the design and implementation of major policy reform projects.

Prior to joining Pew, he worked as a researcher at Public/Private Ventures, where he evaluated multi-state workforce development programs.  He also conducted and published research on poverty, health insurance, disability and early childhood education policy while with the Institute for Research on Poverty and The Lewin Group.

Mr. Scrivner earned his Master of Public Affairs from the Robert M. La Follette School of Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin and holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Kenyon College.
